Jim Hogan Memorial Foundation
To his mother, he was Jimmy. To his friends, he was Jim. To his wife, he was Stanley. To his children, he was Dad. To his grandchildren he was Pops. To those that were lucky enough to be on his team, he was Coach Hogan.
The Jim Hogan Memorial Foundation was created with one goal in mind; to continue Jim's Legacy through fundraising for charities and causes that align with Jim's lifelong passions. For the inaugural Jim Hogan Memorial Foundation event, we've decided to hold a golf outing to raise funds for the Dick's Sporting Goods Foundation, Sports Matter, whose mission is to inspire and enable sports participation in underprivileged communities. In their words, "Sports builds character, increase confidence, motivate kids to stay in school and aim for higher education; teaching life lessons that extend well beyond the playing field. But not everyone has the same access to play sports. "We could not think of a better organization to work with for this event given how dedicated Jim was to youth sports for nearly all his adult life. Through this partnership we hope to raise funds that can be directed towards disadvantaged communities to give each child the chance to start their athletic life from the same starting line. Please come join us on 7/24/2023 at Huntington Crescent Club for the inaugural Jim Hogan Memorial Foundation Golf Outing. It will be a day full of fun that gives us all the chance to honor a great man and raise money for a good cause.
